Cherub 4 built this adorable snowman -- complete with a smile.
And it has begun to flurry, although the flakes are tough to see in this photo. The forcast calls for flurries with "small possible accumulation" tonight. And with that, the children cheered YEAHHHHH - MORE SNOWWWW !!
Needless to say, everyone is having a GRAND time on our Winter Vacation so far. Tomorrow we are driving up to Connecticut for the day to visit with DadToCherub's family whom we have not seen in over 10 years --- then we are coming back to play in the Poconos snow some more on Sunday -- and then the final "leg" of our trip will be our longggg drive home to Tennessee on Monday.
Please pray for more safe traveling on these last legs of our very longggg trip ...
While here we have gotten a few email messages from home (TN) ... and so we have two urgent prayer requests .... (1) please pray for our Tennessee friend Mike B. who is recovering from a bad hip / femur fracture that happened while fighting a fire (he is a volunteer fireman), and (2) also please pray for the brother of our dear friends The O Tribe in Tennessee. Darrek O is struggling with cancer.
