Our Nature Walk

A turtle's hole with scattered egg shells
trailing to the pond's edge.
WELCOME TO THE WORLD, BABY TURTLES !
Some pretty white flowers.
Very tiny blooms with "grassblade" type leaves.
(yet to be identified)

This lightly wooded area at the east end of the pond
has "greened" considerably in the last 2 weeks.

Some purple flowers blooming.
Heal-all
Prunella vulgaris

Some blue flowers blooming on
the north-east hillside of the pond.
Wild Flax
Linum perenne
