Rain
Deuteronomy 32:1-3
Listen, O heavens, and I will speak;
hear, O earth, the words of my mouth.
Let my teaching fall like rain and my words descend like dew,
like showers on new grass, like abundant rain on tender plants.
I will proclaim the name of the LORD.
Oh, praise the greatness of our God!
Psalm 157:5-8
Great is our Lord,
and of great power:
His understanding is infinite.
Sing unto the LORD with thanksgiving;
sing praise upon the harp unto our God:
Who covereth the heaven with clouds,
who prepareth rain for the earth,
who maketh grass to grow upon the mountains.

Hey, what do you know! This is the same scripture that came to mind while I watched the rain form puddles on my front porch last week. God is so good!
