Cherub 2 celebrated her 11th birthday on January 18th. It seems so hard to believe that she is growing up so fast.
One of her gifts was a new pair of earrings. She had her ears pierced when she was 6yo, but has had trouble with the piercing ever since and has been unable to wear earrings because she seemed to be "allergic" to any type. So on the advice of a friend, we went to the Jewelry Store and bought 14K gold (yellow gold) earrings ... DOLPHINS (her favorite animal) .... and so far she has not had any issues at all. Her ears are not red or warm, and are not bothering her in the least. She is thrilled !!
