Some of the farmhands were kind enough to replow my garden spot last Thursday. And then they brought several loads of very rich, dark, well-broken-down compost - Gardener's Gold. And this afternoon they came to plow it again to get it "good and broke" (their words) and to get the compost tilled in well.
So tomorrow we will head out bright and early to get our seeds and plants ... and we will spend the weekend putting in our veggie garden.
