Some dear friends of ours have a son named Abel who was bitten by a snake last afternoon. Below is a link to their family blog, which has the "story".
PLEASE pray for Abel's relief from pain, rapid healing, and please pray against any further difficulties. Also please pray against any ER trips for a while, as this is his 2nd this month (HA !).

UPDATE: Saturday August 4th: We called today to check on Abel. According to his father, Abel's arm is MUCH improved. The swelling is nearly gone, and the strength in his arm is approximately 75% restored. PRAISE GOD !! Please continue to pray for him.
